Throttle Body - Installation
Install a new gasket to the intake air surge tank.
Throttle Body - Inspection
Measure the resistance between the terminals.
- Standard resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 (M-) - 2 (M+) 20°C (68°F) 0.3 to 100 Ω 3 (E2) - 5 (VC) 20°C (68°F) 1.2 to 3.2 Ω
If the result is not as specified, replace the throttle body.
Throttle Body - Removal
Remove the 11 clips and intake duct seal.
Throttle Body - On-Vehicle Inspection
Check the throttle control motor operating sounds.

Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor - Installation
Install a new gasket to the engine coolant temperature sensor.
Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor - Inspection
Partially soak the sensor in the water and warm up the water.
Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor - Removal
Remove the 11 clips and intake duct seal.

Crankshaft Position Sensor - Installation
Apply a coat of engine oil to an O-ring of the crankshaft position sensor.
