Lubrication System - On-Vehicle Inspection

Warm up the engine, stop the engine and wait for 5 minutes. The oil level should be between the low and full level marks of the dipstick.

If the level is below the low level mark, check for leakage and add oil until it reaches the full level mark.

Radiator - Installation

Install the 2 radiator support cushions and the 2 lower radiator supports to the radiator assembly.

Radiator - Reassembly

Check that there are no foreign objects in the lock plate groove, and install a new O-ring. Make sure that the O-ring is not twisted.

Radiator - Disassembly

Install the claw to the overhaul handle, inserting it in the hole in part A as shown in the illustration.

Radiator - On-Vehicle Cleaning

Check that the radiator and condenser are not blocked with leaves, dirt, or insects. Clean the hose connections.

If the fins are blocked, wash them with water or a steam cleaner.
