Insert SST into the clutch disc, and then insert the SST into the flywheel.

Using vernier calipers, measure the rivet head depth.

• Minimum rivet depth:
• 0.3 mm (0.012 in.)

Replace the clutch disc assembly as necessary.

Remove the clutch release fork with the clutch release bearing assembly from the manual transmission assembly.

Install the release fork support spring to the release fork support.

Using vernier calipers, measure the rivet head depth.

• Minimum rivet depth:
• 1.3 mm (0.0512 in.)

If the result is less than the minimum, replace the clutch disc assembly.

Remove the clutch release fork sub-assembly from the transmission unit.

Temporarily tighten the clutch accumulator with the 2 bolts.

Remove the bolt and separate the clutch line clamp.
