Rear Bumper -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD LH |
Remove the 6 screws and rear quarter panel mudguard.
 |
| 2. REMOVE REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD RH |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER COVER |
Remove the 3 clips.
 |
Remove the 2 clips and 6 screws.
 |
Put protective tape around the rear bumper cover.

Detach the 8 claws and remove the rear bumper cover.
| 4. REMOVE REAR BODY MUDGUARD SUPPORT LH |
Remove the 2 grommets and rear body mudguard support.
 |
| 5. REMOVE REAR BODY MUDGUARD SUPPORT RH |

- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 6. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION LH |
Put protective tape around the rear No. 1 wheel opening extension.

Remove the 2 screws.
Detach the 6 clips and remove the rear No. 1 wheel opening extension.
Remove the 6 clips from the vehicle body.
| 7. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION RH |

- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 8. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH |
Remove the 2 screws.
 |
Detach the 4 claws and remove the rear bumper side retainer.
| 9. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 10. REMOVE REAR BUMPER EXTENSION RH |
Remove the bolt and rear bumper extension.
 |
| 11. REMOVE REAR BACK STEP FRAME |
Remove the 6 bolts and rear back step frame.
 |
| 12. REMOVE REAR BUMPER CENTER BRACKET |

- Use the same procedure for both rear bumper center brackets.
Remove the bolt and rear bumper center bracket.
