Blower Unit (For Manual Air Conditioning System) Reassembly


  1. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR

  3. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER

  4. INSTALL AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Blower Unit (For Manual Air Conditioning System) -- Reassembly



1. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the blower motor with fan sub-assembly with 3 bolts.



2. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR

  1. Install the blower resistor with 2 screws.



3. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER

  1. Install the clean air filter.

  1. Attach the claw to install the air filter case.



4. INSTALL AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly.
