Height Control Sensor -- Removal

  1. Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
  2. The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


1. REMOVE REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50.Lighting.Height Control Sensor.Height Control Sensor Removal

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Put matchmarks on the rear height control sensor sub-assembly LH and bracket.

    HINT:
    Place matchmarks when reusing the rear height control sensor sub-assembly LH.

  1. Remove the nut and disconnect the sensor link.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts.

  1. Rotate the rear height control sensor sub-assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to detach the claw and remove the rear height control sensor sub-assembly LH.
