Front Bumper Reassembly


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

  3. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  4. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

  5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

  6. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE OR FRONT PANEL NAME PLATE (for 1GR-FE)

  7. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

Front Bumper -- Reassembly


HINT:
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (Toyota Fortuner RM00000118W017X.html).


1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

  1. Attach the claws to install the hole cover.

  1. Install the clip.



2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH
HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.


3. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  1. Install the fog light with the 3 bolts.



4. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)
HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.


5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

  1. Install the radiator grille moulding with the 7 screws.



6. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE OR FRONT PANEL NAME PLATE (for 1GR-FE)

  1. Install the name plate with the screw.



7. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the emblem.



8. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

  1. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

  1. Remove the peeling paper from the face of the double-sided tape of a new radiator grille seal.

    HINT:
    After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

  1. Install the radiator grille seal.
