  3. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET

1. INSTALL COOLER DRYER

  1. Using pliers, install a new cooler dryer to the modulator.

  1. Apply sufficient compressor oil to a new O-ring and the cap fitting surface.

    Compressor oil:
    ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

  1. Using a 14 mm straight hexagon wrench, install the cap to the cooler condenser core.

    Torque:
    2.9 N*m{30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf}


2. INSTALL NO. 3 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET

  1. Install the No. 3 cooler condenser bracket with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}


3. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET

  1. Install the No. 2 cooler condenser bracket with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}


4. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET
HINT:
Use the same procedure for both No. 1 cooler condenser brackets.

  1. Install the No. 1 cooler condenser bracket with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    3.9 N*m{40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf}
