Skid Control Buzzer (W/ Vsc) Removal


  1. PRECAUTION

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  3. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE SKID CONTROL BUZZER ASSEMBLY

Skid Control Buzzer (W/ Vsc) -- Removal



1. PRECAUTION
CAUTION:
Be sure to read the "PRECAUTION" thoroughly before servicing (Toyota Fortuner RM000000KT106KX.html).


2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Toyota Fortuner RM000002HD2002X.html).


3. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
  1. Remove the upper instrument panel sub-assembly (Toyota Fortuner RM000003O10005X.html).



4. REMOVE SKID CONTROL BUZZER ASSEMBLY


    Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50
  1. Detach the clamp and remove the buzzer.

  1. Disconnect the buzzer connector.
