Rear Cooling Unit Reassembly
INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE
INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY
INSTALL BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
INSTALL NO. 2 COOLER UNIT DRAIN HOSE
INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR
INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER AIR DUCT
Rear Cooling Unit -- Reassembly |
| 1. INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE |
Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the hose joint.
- Compressor oil:
- ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
Install the 2 O-rings to the evaporator sub-assembly.
Install the expansion valve to the evaporator sub-assembly.
| 2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY |
Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the hose joint.
- Compressor oil:
- ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
Install the 2 O-rings to the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly.
Using a 4 mm socket hexagon wrench, install the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly to the evaporator with the 2 hexagon bolts.
- Torque:
- 3.4 N*m{34 kgf*cm, 30 in.*lbf}
Attach the 3 claws to install the cooling unit case (motor side).
Install the 9 screws.

Install the blower with fan motor with the 3 screws.
| 4. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLER UNIT DRAIN HOSE |
Install the drain hose.
| 5. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR |
Install the blower resistor with the 2 screws.
| 6. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER AIR DUCT |
Install the air duct with the 3 screws.
