  1. INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING TUBE & ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

Rear Cooling Unit -- Reassembly



1. INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE

  1. Apply compressor oil to the contact surfaces of 2 new O-rings and the rear cooling unit expansion valve, and install them.

    Compressor oil:
    ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

  1. Install the rear cooling unit expansion valve to the evaporator.



2. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING TUBE & ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

  1. Apply compressor oil to the contact surfaces of 2 new O-rings and the A/C tube. Install the O-rings.

    Compressor oil:
    ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

  1. Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, install the A/C tube and 2 hexagon bolts to the evaporator.

    Torque:
    3.4 N*m{ 34 kgf*cm, 30 in.*lbf}

  1. Install the cooling unit cover with the 9 screws and 3 claws.
