Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH |
Remove the screw.

Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the reclining cover.
- HINT:
- Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
| 2. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER RH |
 |
Remove the bolt and seat belt.
| 3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH |
Remove the seat track adjusting handle.
Remove the release handle from the rear seat lock through the hole in the rear seat cushion under cover.

| 4. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH |
Remove the screw.
 |
Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws and remove the reclining cover.
- HINT:
- Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
| 5. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER RH |
Partially remove the rear No. 1 seat cushion cover RH (Toyota Fortuner RM000001DRW002X_02_0019.html).
Slightly raise the No. 1 seat cushion pad RH.
- HINT:
- It is not necessary to completely remove the No. 1 seat cushion cover pad RH.
| 6. REMOVE REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY CENTER |

Remove the bolt and seat belt center.
| 7. REMOVE REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH |

Remove the bolt and seat belt LH.
| 8. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH |
Remove the screw.

Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the reclining cover.
- HINT:
- Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
| 9. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER LH |

Remove the bolt and seat belt.
| 10. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH |
 |
Remove the nut and seat belt.
| 11. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH |
Remove the nut and seat belt.
