Front Bumper -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE |

Remove the 2 screws.
Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.
Pull the radiator grille in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to detach the 6 claws and remove the radiator grille.
| 2. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD |

- HINT:
- Use the same procedures to remove the extension pad on the other side.
Remove the 2 screws and extension pad.
| 3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH |
 |
Remove the 4 screws.
Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.
Partially remove the fender liner.
- HINT:
- It is not necessary to fully remove the fender liner. Partially remove it so that the bumper cover can be removed in a later step.
| 4. REMOVE ENGINE SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH |

Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.
Remove the 3 bolts and engine side cover.
| 5. REMOVE ENGINE SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedures described for the LH side.
| 6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER |

Using a clip remover, remove the 7 clips.
Put protective tape under the front fender.
 |
Detach the 8 claws and remove the cover.
w/ Fog Light:
Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors.
| 7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH |

Using a clip remover, remove the clip.
Remove the screw.
Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the side support.
- HINT:
- Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
| 8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedures described for the LH side.
| 9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY |

Remove the 4 nuts and reinforcement.
| 10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT EXTENSION LH |
Using a screwdriver, detach the claws and remove the extension.

- Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
