Rear Door Glass Weatherstrip Installation


  1. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS OUTER WEATHERSTRIP LH

  2. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  3. INSTALL REAR DOOR ARMREST UPPER BASE PANEL LH

  4. INSTALL DOOR PULL HANDLE

  5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Rear Door Glass Weatherstrip -- Installation


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
  2. The procedures listed below are for the LH side.


1. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS OUTER WEATHERSTRIP LH


    Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50

  1. Attach the claws to install the weatherstrip.

    HINT:
    Confirm that the moulding is firmly installed.


2. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Attach the 5 claws to install the weatherstrip inner.

  1. Attach the 10 clips to install the trim board.

  1. Install the screw labeled B and clip labeled A.



3. INSTALL REAR DOOR ARMREST UPPER BASE PANEL LH

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the window regulator switch.

  1. Connect the switch connector.

  1. Attach the 2 clips and 2 claws to install the base panel together with the switch.



4. INSTALL DOOR PULL HANDLE

  1. Install the pull handle with the screw.



5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
