Rear No. 1 Seat Assembly (For Rh Side) Reassembly

Install the band to the seat cushion frame.

Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with 4 new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
   
2. When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
   

Install the seat cushion cover (with pad) to the seat cushion frame.

HINT:

Make sure that the stopper band is not inside the cushion frame.

Install the seat belt LH with the bolt.

Torque:

42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}

NOTICE:

Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding parts of the seat.

Install the seat belt center with the bolt.

Torque:

42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}

NOTICE:

Do not overlap the anchor part of the seat belt and protruding parts of the seat.

Attach the 2 claws and install the under cover with the 4 screws.

Attach the 11 claws and hooks. Then install the seat cushion cover to the under cover.

Using a T40 "torx" socket, install the 2 seat tracks to the seat cushion with the 2 "torx" bolts.

Torque:

40 N*m{408 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf}

Install the seat track adjusting handle.

Lift up the seat track adjusting handle and move the seat track to the foremost position.

Using a T40 "torx" socket, tighten the 4 "torx" bolts on the rear side of the seat track.

Torque:

40 N*m{408 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf}

Using a T40 "torx" socket, install the bracket with the 2 "torx" bolts.

Torque:

40 N*m{408 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf}

Install the lock control cable to the lock with the E-ring and plate.

Using a T40 "torx" socket, install the lock with the 2 "torx" bolts.

Torque:

40 N*m{408 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf}

Connect the lock control cable to the seat track.

Install the support spring.

Using a T40 "torx" socket, install the lock with the plate and 2 "torx" bolts.

Torque:

40 N*m{408 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf}

Connect the lock control cable to the lock as shown in the illustration.

Install the support spring.

Install the release handle to the rear seat lock through the hole in the rear seat cushion under cover.

Install the seat track adjusting handle.

Install the hinge with the 2 nuts.

Torque:

42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}

Install the hinge with the 2 nuts.

Torque:

42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}

Install the lock cover with the 2 screws.

Attach the rear seat lock control cable to the lock cover's claw.

Install the lock cover with the 7 screws.

Install the reclining remote control lever knob with the screw.

Install the belt with the bolt.

Torque:

42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}

Install the arm with the nut.

Install the arm with the nut.

Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with 2 new hog rings.

Install the seatback cover (with pad) to the seatback frame.

Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 headrest supports.

Using hog ring pliers, install 10 new hog rings.

Install the armrest with the 2 bushes and 2 bolts.

Close the zipper and attach the hooks.

Install the seatback with the 4 bolts.

Torque:

50 N*m{510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf}

Attach the 4 claws to install the reclining cover.

Install the screw.

Install the release handle with the screw.

Attach the 3 claws to install the reclining cover.

Install the screw.
