  1. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOWER HINGE COVER RH

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

  5. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER

  7. REMOVE NO. 3 SEAT OUTER FRONT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  8. REMOVE NO. 3 SEAT OUTER REAR LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER

  10. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT COVER RH

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG COVER

  13. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

  14. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  15. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION CARPET

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER CLOTH

  17. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER

  18. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT LEG PLATE

Rear No. 2 Seat Assembly -- Disassembly


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
  2. The procedures listed below are for the RH side.
CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback frames and seat cushion frame may injure your hands.


1. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY


2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOWER HINGE COVER RH

  1. Return the seatback to the upright position.

  1. Remove the 2 screws and hinge cover.



3. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

  1. Remove the screw and release handle.



4. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

  1. Remove the 2 screws and reclining cover.



5. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 3 bolts, plate, spacer and rear No. 2 seatback.



6. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER

  1. Open the fastening tape.

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the hooks and open the lower part of the seatback cover.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  1. Roll up the seatback cover.

  1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 headrest supports.

  1. Remove the seatback cover (with pad) from the seatback frame.

  1. Remove the 3 hog rings and seatback cover from the seatback pad.



7. REMOVE NO. 3 SEAT OUTER FRONT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Remove the bolt, 2 plates and leg.



8. REMOVE NO. 3 SEAT OUTER REAR LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Remove the bolt, 2 plates and leg.



9. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE COVER

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the hinge cover.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.


10. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT COVER RH

  1. Remove the 2 lock release buttons and fully extend the release band.

  1. Remove the screw and the rear seat cover.



11. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 14 claws and hooks.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  1. Remove the rear No. 2 seat cushion cover from the No. 2 seat cushion cover RH. Then fold back the rear No. 2 seat cushion cover so that the 5 screws are visible.

  1. Remove the 5 screws.

  1. Remove the screw on the inner side of the No. 2 seat cushion cover, and then remove the fold seat stopper band. Then remove the No. 2 seat cushion cover RH.



12. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG COVER

  1. Remove the 3 screws.

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the leg cover.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.


13. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Remove the nut and seat belt.



14. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 3 seat cushion spring as shown in the illustration. Then remove the seat leg.



15. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION CARPET

  1. Cut off the 4 tack pins fastened to the carpet.

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips and carpet.



16. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER CLOTH


17. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the hook and remove the seat cushion cover (with pad) from the seat cushion frame.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  1. Remove the 4 hog rings and seat cushion cover from the seat cushion pad.



18. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT LEG PLATE

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and plate.
