Air Conditioning Unit (For Automatic Air Conditioning System) -- Disassembly |
| 1. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 2 screws.
 |
Detach the blower unit from the air conditioner radiator assembly.
| 2. REMOVE AIR MIX DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 3 screws and damper servo.
 |
| 3. REMOVE MODE DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY |
 |
Remove the 3 screws and damper servo.
| 4. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Remove the screw and heater radiator.
 |
| 5. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE |
Using a 4 mm socket hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.
 |
Remove the cooler expansion valve and 2 O-rings from the cooler evaporator.
| 6. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 4 screws.
 |
Detach the 2 claws and remove the cover.
Detach the temperature sensor clamp.
 |
Remove the temperature sensor and cooler evaporator from the case.
| 7. REMOVE EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR |
Disconnect the temperature sensor clamp from the cooler evaporator and remove the temperature sensor.
