REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Air Conditioning System)
REMOVE EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR (w/ Air Conditioning System)
Air Conditioning Unit (For Manual Air Conditioning System) -- Disassembly |
| 1. REMOVE AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 2 screws.
 |
Detach the evaporator case from the blower case.
Detach the 3 claws and remove the cable.
 |
| 2. REMOVE MODE CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Detach the 3 claws and remove the cable.
 |
| 3. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Remove the screw and heater radiator.
 |
| 4. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE (w/ Air Conditioning System) |
Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.
 |
Remove the cooler expansion valve and 2 O-rings from the cooler evaporator.
| 5. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Air Conditioning System) |
Remove the 4 screws.
 |
Detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.
Detach the cooler thermistor clamp.
 |
Remove the cooler thermistor and cooler evaporator from the case.
| 6. REMOVE EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR (w/ Air Conditioning System) |
Disconnect the cooler thermistor clamp from the cooler evaporator.
 |
