POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
  1. The power door lock system locks / unlocks all the doors simultaneously.
    The master switch sends lock / unlock request signals to the integration relay. Then, the integration relay sends these requests to lock motors in each door to lock / unlock all the doors simultaneously. Operating the driver side door lock using a key sends lock / unlock request signals to the integration relay.
  1. The driver side door key-linked lock function has an operation unlock method called the 2-step unlock function.

DESCRIPTION
This system is controlled by the integration relay. The integration relay outputs signals to each door lock motor.
The door lock control system in the vehicle has the following functions:

Locks / unlocks all doors by door control switch's lock operation (manual operation)
Key-linked lock and unlock function
  1. Linked with driver door key cylinder
  1. Locks / unlocks all doors when lock / unlock operation is possible
  1. Driver side door key-linked lock / unlock function will not operate when seat belt is fastened
Speed-sensitive automatic door lock function
Locks all doors once when vehicle speed reaches 25 km/h (16 mph)
Ignition switch-linked automatic door unlock function
After speed-sensitive automatic door lock function occurs, turning ignition switch OFF causes doors to automatically unlock
All doors lock with transmitter
Pressing transmitter's lock switch locks all doors
2-step unlock function
  1. Driver side door can be unlocked by pressing transmitter's unlock switch once; remaining doors can be unlocked by pressing transmitter's unlock switch a second time.
  1. Driver side door can be unlocked by turning door key cylinder once; remaining doors can be unlocked by turning door key cylinder a second time.
