1.CHECK FOR DTC

  1. Check for DTCs of the SFI system (1GR-FE) or ECD system (1KD-FTV).

2.CHECK WIRE HARNESS (METER - ECM)

  1. Disconnect the C10 meter connector.

  1. Disconnect the E13*1 or E4*2 ECM connector.

    HINT:
    *1: 1GR-FE
    *2: 1KD-FTV

  1. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

    Standard resistance:
    1GR-FE
    Tester Connection
    		Specified Condition
    C10-4 - E13-14 (THWO)
    		Below 1 Ω
    1KD-FTV:
    Tester Connection
    		Specified Condition
    C10-4 - E4-2 (THWO)
    		Below 1 Ω
