  1. Disconnect the P6 power window regulator master switch assembly connector.

  2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
  3. Reconnect the P6 power window regulator master switch assembly connector.

  4. Reset the front door window regulator sub-assembly (for driver side) (Toyota Fortuner RM000001DJB01KX.html).

  5. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Below 1 V → 11 to 14 V → Below 1 V
    P6-9 (D) - P6-1 (E)
    L-R - W-B
    Front door window regulator sub-assembly (for driver side) down output
    Ignition switch ON, driver side power window switch off → down (manual operation)
    Below 1 V → 11 to 14 V
    Ignition switch ON, driver side power window fully closed → driver side power window switch down (auto operation) → driver side power window fully open
    Below 1 V → 11 to 14 V → Below 1 V
    P6-13 (U) - P6-1 (E)
    R-L - W-B
    Front door window regulator sub-assembly (for front passenger side) up output
    1. Window lock switch off
    2. Ignition switch ON, front passenger side power window remote manual switch off → up
    Below 1 V → 11 to 14 V
    P6-15 (D) - P6-1 (E)
    G-W - W-B
    Front door window regulator sub-assembly (for front passenger side) down output
    1. Window lock switch off
    2. Ignition switch ON, front passenger side power window remote manual switch off → down
    Below 1 V → 11 to 14 V
    P6-12 (U) - P6-1 (E)
    R-Y - W-B
    Rear door window regulator sub-assembly LH up output
    1. Window lock switch off
    2. Ignition switch ON, rear power window LH remote manual switch off → up
    Below 1 V → 11 to 14 V

    Rear door window regulator sub-assembly LH down output
    1. Window lock switch off
    2. Ignition switch ON, rear power window LH remote manual switch off → down

    Pulse waveform is output

    2. *2: for RHD
    If the result is not as specified, the master switch may have a malfunction.
