Clutch Pedal -- Disassembly |
| 1. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL PAD |
| 2. REMOVE CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Clutch Switch) |
Disconnect the switch connector.
Loosen the adjusting nut and remove the clutch switch assembly.
 |
| 3. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING (w/ Turn Over) |
 |
Move the pedal to the full stroke position.
Remove the clutch pedal spring from the clutch pedal assembly.
| 4. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY |
 |
w/ Turn Over:
Remove the pedal spring with hook.
Remove the nut, bolt and clutch pedal from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.
 |
| 5. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER (w/ Turn Over) |
 |
Remove the clutch pedal spring holder from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.
| 6. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL TURN OVER BUSH (w/ Turn Over) |
 |
Remove the clutch pedal turn over bush from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.
| 7. REMOVE COLLAR |
 |
Remove the collar and 2 clutch pedal bushes from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.
| 8. REMOVE NO. 1 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION |
 |
Remove the clutch pedal cushion from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.
| 9. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS BUSH |
Remove the clevis bush from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.
 |
| 10. REMOVE PEDAL SPRING HOOK (w/ Turn Over) |
 |
Remove the hook from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.
| 11. REMOVE NO. 2 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION (w/ Clutch Switch) |
 |
Remove the clutch pedal cushion from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.
