Floor Shift Assembly -- Installation |
| 1. INSTALL FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY |

Install the floor shift with the 4 bolts.
- Torque:
- 14 N*m{143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf}
Connect the clamp and 2 connectors.
 |
Move the shift lever to L.
Connect the transmission control cable.
| 2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL |
| 3. ADJUST SHIFT LEVER POSITION |
Adjust the shift lever position (Toyota Fortuner RM0000013EW00AX.html).
| 4. INSPECT SHIFT LEVER POSITION |
Inspect the shift lever position (Toyota Fortuner RM0000013EW00AX.html).
| 5. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY |
Install the console box assembly (Toyota Fortuner RM000000SQF004X_01_0019.html).
| 6. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Install the upper console panel (Toyota Fortuner RM000000SQF004X_01_0020.html).
| 7. INSTALL PARKING BRAKE HOLE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Install parking brake hole cover (Toyota Fortuner RM000000SQF004X_01_0021.html).
| 8. INSTALL TRANSFER SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY |
