  1. INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR BOLT CUSHION

  2. INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR CASE COLLAR

  3. INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR BOLT CUSHION


    Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50.Brake Control.Brake Actuator (For Rhd With Vsc).Brake Actuator (For Rhd With Vsc) Reassembly

  1. Install the 3 cushions to the bracket.



2. INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR CASE COLLAR

  1. Install the 3 collars to the 3 cushions.



3. INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY


    Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50.Brake Control.Brake Actuator (For Rhd With Vsc).Brake Actuator (For Rhd With Vsc) Reassembly

  1. Install the actuator to the bracket with the 3 bolts.

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}
    NOTICE:
    Tighten the 3 nuts uniformly in alphabetical order.

  1. Attach the tube clamp.
