Rear Speed Sensor Removal


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. REMOVE REAR WHEEL

  3. REMOVE REAR SPEED SENSOR LH

  4. REMOVE REAR SPEED SENSOR RH

  5. REMOVE SKID CONTROL SENSOR CLAMP

Rear Speed Sensor -- Removal



1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Toyota Fortuner RM000002HD2006X.html).


2. REMOVE REAR WHEEL


3. REMOVE REAR SPEED SENSOR LH


  1. Disconnect the connector.


    Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50.Brake Control.Rear Speed Sensor.Rear Speed Sensor  Removal

  1. Detach the connector.

  1. Detach the 3 clamps.

  1. Remove the bolt and speed sensor.

    NOTICE:
    Keep the sensor tip and sensor installation hole free from foreign matter.


4. REMOVE REAR SPEED SENSOR RH


  1. Detach the connector from the skid control sensor clamp.

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Detach the 6 clamps.

  1. Remove the bolt and speed sensor.

    NOTICE:
    Keep the sensor tip and sensor installation hole free from foreign matter.


5. REMOVE SKID CONTROL SENSOR CLAMP

  1. Remove the bolt and skid control sensor clamp.
