- Use these procedures to troubleshoot the audio and visual system.
1.VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP |

2.INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE |
Measure the battery voltage with the ignition switch off.
- Standard voltage:
- 11 to 14 V
- If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.

3.BASIC INSPECTION |
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Check whether or not the radio receiver turns on.

4.CHECK FOR DTC |
Check for DTCs and note any codes that are output (Toyota Fortuner RM0000014CZ0B1X.html).
Clear the DTCs.
Recheck for DTCs by simulating the operation indicated by the DTCs.
