HINT:

The cellular phone is unable to call under any of the following conditions:

1. The cellular phone is locked.
   
2. The directory is being transferred.
   
3. There is a network error.
   
4. Transmission is regulated.
   
5. The power is off.
   
6. The cellular phone is not connected to "Bluetooth" ("BT" is displayed while connected).

3. Check the radio and display receiver assembly to confirm that a "Bluetooth" connection exists between the radio and display receiver assembly and the phone.
