FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/o Console Box Lid) - INSTALLATION

  • HINT:
Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart ().
1. INSTALL LOWER CONSOLE BOX

Attach the 2 claws to install the lower console box.

Install the 2 screws and 4 bolts.

2. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

Attach the 8 claws to install the upper console panel sub-assembly.

3. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY
Front Console Box (W/O Console Box Lid) - Installation. INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM. Land Cruiser URJ200 URJ202 GRJ200 VDJ200

Install the shift lever knob and twist it in the direction indicated by the arrow.

4. INSTALL REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

Attach the 12 claws to install the rear upper console panel sub-assembly.

5. INSTALL UPPER NO. 2 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

Attach the 8 claws to install the upper No. 2 console panel garnish.

Attach the 8 claws to install the upper No. 1 console panel garnish.

7. INSTALL LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

Connect the connectors.

Attach the 7 claws to install the lower center instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

8. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

Connect the connectors and attach the 2 clamps.

Attach the 8 claws to install the lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly.

Install the clip and screw.

Attach the 7 claws to install the No. 2 instrument panel finish panel cushion.

10. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

Attach the 7 claws to install the lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly.

Install the clip and screw.

11. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION

Attach the 7 claws to install the No. 1 instrument panel finish panel cushion.
