CURTAIN SHIELD AIRBAG ASSEMBLY - REMOVAL

  • HINT:
Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
1. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY (w/ Sliding Roof)

Remove the roof headlining ().

2. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY (w/o Sliding Roof)

Remove the roof headlining ().

3. REMOVE CURTAIN SHIELD AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)
Curtain Shield Airbag Assembly - Removal. SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEMS. Land Cruiser URJ200 URJ202 GRJ200 VDJ200

Disconnect the connector.

  • NOTICE:
  • When handling the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.

Remove the 13 bolts and curtain shield airbag.

4. REMOVE CURTAIN SHIELD AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat)

Disconnect the connector.

  • When handling the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.

Remove the 10 bolts and curtain shield airbag.
