CLUTCH SWITCH (for RHD) - INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY
Clutch Switch (For Rhd) - Installation. CRUISE CONTROL. Land Cruiser URJ200 URJ202 GRJ200 VDJ200

Install the clutch switch assembly and tighten the adjusting nut.

  • Torque:
  • 16 N*m{ 163 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf}

Adjust the clutch switch so that the threaded portion of the clutch switch lightly contacts the cushion. Then tighten the adjusting nut and check the contact of the cushion and switch.

  • Torque:
  • 16 N*m{ 163 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf}
  • NOTICE:
  • After adjusting the pedal free play, perform the clutch switch assembly adjustment ().
2. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

Install the clutch pedal bracket sub-assembly ().
