Land Cruiser URJ200 URJ202 GRJ200 VDJ200 - AXLE AND DIFFERENTIAL
REAR DIFFERENTIAL LOCK ACTUATOR (w/ Differential Lock) - REMOVAL
| 1. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL PROTECTOR ASSEMBLY |
Detach the 2 connector clamps and wire harness clamp.
Remove the bolt, nut and protector.
| 2. REMOVE REAR DIFFERENTIAL LOCK ACTUATOR PROTECTOR |
Remove the 2 nuts and protector.
| 3. REMOVE REAR DIFFERENTIAL LOCK COVER WITH POSITION SWITCH |
Remove the 3 bolts and differential lock cover with position switch.
Using a brass bar and hammer, tap on the cover to remove it.
| 4. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK SHIFT ACTUATOR |
Remove the shift fork shaft bolt.
Remove the 4 bolts and differential lock shift actuator.
Using a screwdriver, pull out the actuator and remove the sleeve and shift fork.
