  2. REMOVE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL CASE REAR TAPERED ROLLER BEARING

  3. REMOVE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL RING GEAR

  4. REMOVE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL PINION SHAFT STRAIGHT PIN

  5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 DIFFERENTIAL PINION SHAFT

  6. REMOVE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL SIDE GEAR

1. REMOVE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL CASE FRONT TAPERED ROLLER BEARING

  1. Using SST, remove the front differential case front tapered roller bearing from the front differential case.

2. REMOVE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL CASE REAR TAPERED ROLLER BEARING

  1. Using SST, remove the front differential case rear tapered roller bearing from the rear differential case.

3. REMOVE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL RING GEAR

  1. Put matchmarks on the front differential ring gear and the front differential case.

  1. Remove the 16 bolts. Using a plastic hammer, remove the front differential case.



4. REMOVE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL PINION SHAFT STRAIGHT PIN

  1. Using SST and a hammer, unstake the staked part of the front differential case.

  1. Using a pin punch and hammer, remove the front differential pinion shaft straight pin from the front differential case.



5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 DIFFERENTIAL PINION SHAFT

  1. Remove the front No. 1 differential pinion shaft from the front differential case.



6. REMOVE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL SIDE GEAR


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Remove the 2 front differential pinions, 2 front differential pinion thrust washers, 2 front differential side gears, and 2 front differential side gear thrust washers from the front differential case.

    УКАЗАНИЕ:
    Remove the 2 pinion thrust washers and 2 side gear thrust washers while turning the 2 front differential pinions.
