Install the rear engine mounting bracket with the 5 bolts.

Install the front engine mounting bracket with the 3 bolts.

Install the engine mounting bracket LH with the 4 bolts.

Install the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt.

Момент затяжки:

13 Н*м{130 кгс*см, 9 фунт-сила-футов}

Align the input shaft with the clutch disc and install the front transaxle to the engine.

Install the 5 bolts.

Bolt *1:

46 Н*м{469 кгс*см, 34 фунт-сила-футов}

Bolt *2:

64 Н*м{653 кгс*см, 47 фунт-сила-футов}

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

1. Make sure that the dowel pins are not loose, bent, damaged or scratched and then install the transaxle onto the engine with the contact surfaces of the engine and transaxle flat against each other.
   
2. Make sure that the dowel pins are fully engaged, and make sure that the contact surface of the transaxle fits close against the engine assembly before tightening the bolts.
   

Install the stiffener plate with the 4 bolts.

Install the oil pan insulator with the 2 bolts.

Install the bracket with the 2 bolts.

Install the starter assembly with the 2 bolts.

Install the wire harness with the nut.

Момент затяжки:

9.8 Н*м{100 кгс*см, 87 фунт-сила-дюймов}

Connect the starter connector.

Install the bracket with the bolt.

Момент затяжки:

26 Н*м{260 кгс*см, 19 фунт-сила-футов}

Install the ground cables to the manual transaxle with the 2 bolts.

Момент затяжки:

8.4 Н*м{85 кгс*см, 74 фунт-сила-дюймов}

Install the No. 1 air tube with the 2 bolts and tighten the band.

Момент затяжки:

Bolt:

20 Н*м{204 кгс*см, 15 фунт-сила-футов}

Hose clamp:

6.3 Н*м{64 кгс*см, 56 фунт-сила-дюймов}

Connect the wire harness with the 3 clamps.

Install the engine wire to the engine.

Смажьте шлицевую часть вала внутреннего шарнира трансмиссионным маслом.

Совместите шлицы валов и вбейте приводной вал с помощью латунного стержня и молотка.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

1. Установите пружинное стопорное кольцо так, чтобы разрез был направлен вниз.
   
2. Будьте осторожны, чтобы не повредить сальник, чехол и пыльник.
   

Смажьте шлицевую часть вала внутреннего шарнира трансмиссионным маслом.

Совместите шлицы вала и плотно вставьте приводной вал.

Вверните 2 болта кронштейна подшипника.

Момент затяжки:

64 Н*м{650 кгс*см, 47 фунт-сила-футов}

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Будьте осторожны, чтобы не повредить сальник, чехол и пыльник.

Install the bolt which secures the engine mounting bracket to the mounting insulator.
