1. INSPECT FRONT CLUTCH DISC


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Check whether the sliding surface of the discs, plates and flanges are worn or burnt.
    If necessary, replace them.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    1. If the lining of any disc is peeling off or discolored, or even if a part of the printed number is defaced, replace all the discs.
    2. Before assembling new discs, soak them in ATF for at least 15 minutes.


2. INSPECT FORWARD CLUTCH RETURN SPRING SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Using vernier calipers, measure the free length of the spring together with the spring seat.

    Standard free length:
    21.69 mm (0.8540 in.)
