  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 GLOW PLUG CONNECTOR

  4. REMOVE GLOW PLUG ASSEMBLY

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Disengage the 4 pins and remove No. 1 engine cover sub-assembly.



3. REMOVE NO. 1 GLOW PLUG CONNECTOR

  1. Remove the 5 screw grommets.



    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Remove the nut and disconnect the glow terminal.

  1. Remove the 4 nuts and No. 1 glow plug connector.



4. REMOVE GLOW PLUG ASSEMBLY

  1. Using a deep socket wrench 10 mm, remove the 4 glow plugs.
