Input Shaft Reassembly

Using SST and a press, press the input shaft front bearing into the input shaft.

Using a brass bar and hammer, tap the snap ring onto the input shaft.

Using SST and a press, press the 4th drive gear into the input shaft.

Install the input shaft spacer into the input shaft.

Using SST and a press, press the 3rd drive gear into the input shaft.

Using SST and a press, press the 6th drive gear into the input shaft.

Using SST and a press, press the input shaft rear radial ball bearing into the input shaft.

Using the table below, select a new snap ring that makes the thrust clearance of the input shaft bearing less than 0.1 mm (0.0039 in.).
