TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY

CONNECT CLUTCH LINE

FULLY TIGHTEN CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

FULLY TIGHTEN CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY

BLEED CLUTCH LINE

CHECK FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGE

INSPECT BRAKE FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR

Temporarily tighten the clutch release cylinder with the 2 bolts.

Temporarily tighten the clutch accumulator with the 3 bolts.

Using SST, connect the clutch line.

• SST
• 09023-00101

• Torque:
• 15 N*m{ 153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf}

• HINT:

• Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.).

Fully tighten the clutch release cylinder with the 4 bolts.

• Torque:
• 12 N*m{ 120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf}

Fully tighten the clutch accumulator with the 3 bolts.

• Torque:
• 12 N*m{ 120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf}

Fill the brake reservoir with the brake fluid and bleed the clutch system .

• Torque:
• 11 N*m{ 112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf}

Check for leakage from the clutch system.
