Measure the resistance between terminals of the switch when the switch is operated.
- HINT:
This is the inspection procedure of the inner belt switch for the tension reducer.
The circuit of the seat belt warning or airbag system cannot be inspected by this procedure.
- Resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 4 - 5 Seat belt is fastened Below 1 Ω 4 - 5 Seat belt is unfastened 10 kΩ or higher
