SEAT HEATER CONTROL - INSPECTION
1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT HEATER CONTROL LH |
Disconnect the seat heater control LH connector.

Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
- Voltage:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 2 (SWL) - 3 (E) Engine switch on (IG), seat heater switch OFF → ON 0 V → 10 to 14 V 5 (B) - 3 (E) Engine switch OFF → on (IG) 0 V → 10 to 14 V
Reconnect the seat heater control LH connector.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Voltage:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 4 (THL) - 3 (E) Engine switch on (IG), seat heater switch volume 1 → 3 Gradual increase between 0 V → 10 to 14 V
2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT HEATER CONTROL RH |
Disconnect the seat heater control RH connector.

Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
- Voltage:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 4 (SWR) - 3 (E) Engine switch on (IG), seat heater switch OFF → ON 0 V → 10 to 14 V 5 (B) - 3 (E) Engine switch OFF → on (IG) 0 V → 10 to 14 V
Reconnect the seat heater control RH connector.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Voltage:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 4 (THR) - 3(E) Engine switch on (IG), seat heater switch volume 1 → 3 Gradual increase between 0 V → 10 to 14 V
