1. INSPECT STARTER RELAY ASSEMBLY
Starter Relay - On-Vehicle Inspection. 2AD-FHV STARTING. Lexus IS250 IS220d GSE20 ALE20

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between each terminal.

  • Standard resistance:
  • Terminal No.Specified condition
    3 - 510 kΩ or higher
    Below 1 Ω
    (Apply battery voltage between terminals 1 and 2)

If the resistance is not as specified, replace the starter relay assembly.
