GLOW RELAY - ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. INSPECT GLOW PLUG RELAY ASSEMBLY

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between each terminal.

Standard resistance:
Terminal No. Specified condition
1 - 2 10 kΩ or higher
Below 1 Ω
(Apply battery voltage between terminals 3 and 4)

If the resistance is not as specified, replace the glow plug relay assembly.

LEXUS IS250, IS220d / GSE20 ALE20
