FUEL FILTER - INSPECTION

1. INSPECT LEVEL WARNING SWITCH

Inspect the level warning switch.

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.

  • Standard resistance:
  • Tester ConnectionConditionSpecified Condition
    1 - 2ON (Float upper end position)Below 1 Ω
    1 - 2OFF (Float lower end position)10 kΩ or higher

If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel sedimenter assembly.
