1. INSPECT EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

Inspect the resistance.

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

  • Standard resistance:

    3 (VC) - 2 (E2)Always2.4 to 4.6 kΩ
  • HINT:
  • The temperature indicated in "Condition" is the temperature of the EGR valve assembly.

If the result is not as specified, replace the EGR valve assembly.
