DTC C2A6D Front Camera Response Malfunction


DESCRIPTION

During self diagnosis of the parking assist ECU, the parking assist ECU sends display mode ID signals to the front television camera assembly. This DTC is stored when the output of front television camera assembly does not match the expected output.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
  1. When "!" mark is displayed on the multi-display after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal, correct the steering angle neutral point (Click here).
  2. Depending on the parts that are replaced or operations that are performed during vehicle inspection or maintenance, calibration of other systems as well as the multi-terrain monitor system may be needed (Click here).

    OK:
    DTC C2A6D is not output.

USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK (Click here)

2.REPLACE FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY

  1. Replace the front television camera assembly with new or normally function one (Click here).
