  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 3 CUSHION HINGE COVER

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 4 CUSHION HINGE COVER

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 1 CUSHION HINGE COVER

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 2 CUSHION HINGE COVER

  5. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE REAR STEP COVER

  7. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

  8. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 2 PROTECTOR

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK STRIKER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HOLDER BRACKET

Rear No. 1 Seat Assembly (For Bench Seat Type) -- Removal


CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.


1. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 3 CUSHION HINGE COVER

  1. Detach the 6 claws and remove the rear seat No. 3 cushion hinge cover.



2. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 4 CUSHION HINGE COVER

  1. Detach the 6 claws and remove the rear seat No. 4 cushion hinge cover.



3. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 1 CUSHION HINGE COVER

  1. Operate the reclining remote control lever knob and fold down the rear No. 1 seat assembly.

  1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the rear seat No. 1 cushion hinge cover.



4. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 2 CUSHION HINGE COVER

  1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the rear seat No. 2 cushion hinge cover.



5. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY

  1. Return the rear No. 1 seat assembly to its original position.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts.

  1. Operate the reclining remote control lever knob and fold down the rear No. 1 seat assembly.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and rear No. 1 seat assembly from the vehicle.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.


6. REMOVE REAR STEP COVER

HINT:
Use the same procedure to remove the step cover on the other side.

  1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the step cover.



7. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

  1. Remove the screw.

  1. Detach the 3 claws and 4 clips, and remove the scuff plate.



8. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.


9. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 2 PROTECTOR
HINT:
Use the same procedure to remove the rear seat No. 2 protector on the other side.

  1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the rear seat No. 2 protector from the rear seat cushion lock striker sub-assembly.



10. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK STRIKER SUB-ASSEMBLY
HINT:
Use the same procedure to remove the rear seat cushion lock striker sub-assembly on the other side.

  1. Detach the fastener and fold back the front floor carpet.

  1. Fold back the rear floor silencer.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seat cushion lock striker sub-assembly.



11. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HOLDER BRACKET
HINT:
Use the same procedure to remove the rear seat cushion holder bracket on the other side.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seat cushion holder bracket.
