  1. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL SUPPORT PLATE

  2. REMOVE LOWER HEATER CONTROL BASE

  3. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER MODULE CIRCUIT

  4. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL GUARD

  5. REMOVE CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

Air Conditioning Panel (W/O Navigation System) -- Disassembly



1. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL SUPPORT PLATE


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the 4 screws and heater control support plate.



2. REMOVE LOWER HEATER CONTROL BASE


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Detach the 10 claws and remove the lower heater control base.



3. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER MODULE CIRCUIT
NOTICE:
As the electronic parts of the circuit board may be damaged by static electricity, do not touch the electronic parts of the circuit board or the soldered areas with bare hands.

  1. Remove the center cluster module circuit.

  1. Remove the packing.



4. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL GUARD

  1. Remove the heater control guard.
