  1. REMOVE LOWER HEATER CONTROL BASE

  2. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER MODULE CIRCUIT

  3. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER MODULE LENS

  4. REMOVE CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

Air Conditioning Panel (W/O Multi-Display) -- Disassembly



1. REMOVE LOWER HEATER CONTROL BASE


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Detach the 7 claws and remove the lower heater control base.



2. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER MODULE CIRCUIT
NOTICE:
As the electronic parts of the circuit board may be damaged by static electricity, do not touch the electronic parts of the circuit board or the soldered areas with bare hands.

  1. Remove the center cluster module circuit.

  1. Remove the packing.



3. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER MODULE LENS

  1. Remove the double-sided tape and center cluster module lens.

4. REMOVE CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Detach the 10 claws and remove the control knob sub-assembly.
