DESCRIPTION
If the seat belt control ECU judges that there is a malfunction in its internal circuit as a result of self-diagnosis, or if the power source voltage (+B) is not input to the seat belt control ECU, this DTC will be stored.DTC Code

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
- CAUTION:
- The pretensioner is built into the front seat outer belt assembly. Be sure to follow the correct inspection procedure, as failure to follow the correct procedure (such as inspection of incorrect connectors) may deploy the pretensioner.
- NOTICE:
- Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- CAUTION:
- Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
Disconnect the E41 connector of the seat belt control ECU.
Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
