  4. INSTALL NO. 1 CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

  5. INSTALL NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 SPEAKER OPENING COVER ASSEMBLY

  8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Radio Receiver (W/O Stereo Component Amplifier) -- Installation



1. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET


  1. w/o Entry and Start System:



      Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

    1. Install the bracket with the 3 screws.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m{31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf}


  1. w/ Entry and Start System:



      Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

    1. Install the bracket with the 3 screws.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m{31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf}


2. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET


  1. w/o Entry and Start System:



      Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

    1. Install the bracket with the 3 screws.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m{31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf}


  1. w/ Entry and Start System:

    1. Install the bracket with the 3 screws.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m{31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf}


3. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


  1. w/o Entry and Start System:

    1. Connect the connectors.



      2. Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.Audio Video.Audio And Visual System (For Radio Receiver Type).Radio Receiver (W/O Stereo Component Amplifier) Installation

    2. Install the radio receiver with the 2 screws and 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      Bolt A:
      8.5 N*m{87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf}


  1. w/ Entry and Start System:

    1. Connect the connectors.



      2. Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.Audio Video.Audio And Visual System (For Radio Receiver Type).Radio Receiver (W/O Stereo Component Amplifier) Installation

    2. Install the radio receiver with the 2 screws and 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      Bolt A:
      8.5 N*m{87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf}


4. INSTALL NO. 1 CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL


Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. for Type A:

    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 8 claws and 3 clips to install the No. 1 center instrument cluster finish panel.



  1. for Type B:



      Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 10 claws to install the No. 1 center instrument cluster finish panel.



5. INSTALL NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY


  1. for Type A:



      Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

    1. Attach the guide and 7 claws to install the No. 4 instrument panel register assembly.



  1. for Type B:



      Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

    1. Attach the 6 claws to install the No. 4 instrument panel register assembly.



6. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY


  1. for Type A:



      Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

    1. Attach the guide and 7 claws to install the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.



  1. for Type B:



      Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

    1. Attach the 6 claws to install the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.



7. INSTALL NO. 1 SPEAKER OPENING COVER ASSEMBLY

  1. Attach the 8 clips to install the No. 1 speaker opening cover assembly.



8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
