Stereo Component Amplifier -- Installation



1. INSTALL NO. 2 AMPLIFIER BRACKET


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.Audio Video.Audio And Visual System (For Radio Receiver Type).Stereo Component Amplifier Installation

  1. Set the aligning protrusions of the bracket labeled A, into the holes of the amplifier.

  1. Install the bracket with the 2 screws labeled B.

    Torque:
    3.0 N*m{30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf}


2. INSTALL NO. 1 AMPLIFIER BRACKET

  1. Set the aligning protrusions of the bracket labeled A, into the holes of the amplifier.

  1. Install the bracket with the 2 screws labeled B.

    Torque:
    3.0 N*m{30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf}


3. INSTALL AMPLIFIER COVER

  1. Attach the 3 clips to install the cover.



4. INSTALL STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Install the amplifier with the 3 bolts.

    Torque:
    7.5 N*m{76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf}

  1. Connect the 3 connectors.



5. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY

  1. Open the tail gate and back door, insert the carpet into the cabin from the rear, and install it to the floor.



  1. Attach the 2 clips and 8 claws.

6. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Cool Box)

  1. Install the rear console box (Click here).



7. INSTALL COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY (w/ Cool Box)

  1. Install the cooling box assembly (Click here).



8. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT PROTECTOR

  1. Attach the clip and 4 claws to install the protector.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedures to install the protector on the other side.


9. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT PROTECTOR

  1. Attach the clip and 4 claws to install the protector.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedures to install the protector on the other side.


10. INSTALL REAR AIR DUCT GUIDE

  1. Attach the claw to install the guide.

  1. Install the screw.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedures for both sides.


11. INSTALL AIR DUCT PLUG

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the plug.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedures for both sides.


12. INSTALL AIR HEATER GUIDE

  1. Install the guide with the 2 screws.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedures for both sides.


13. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR DUCT PLUG

  1. Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 plugs.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedures for both sides.


14. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

  1. Attach the 3 claws and 4 clips to install the scuff plate.

  1. Install the screw.

16. INSTALL REAR STEP COVER

Use the same procedure to install the step cover on the other side.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the step cover.



17. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH

  1. Attach the 2 clips to install the cowl side trim board.

  1. Install the cap nut.

  1. Attach the 4 claws to install the No. 2 instrument panel under cover.



19. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH

  1. Attach the 2 clips to install the cowl side trim board.

  1. Install the cap nut.



20. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Floor Under Cover)

  1. Connect the connectors.

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the No. 1 instrument panel under cover.

  1. Install the 2 screws.

  1. Temporarily install the seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  1. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

    Torque:
    37 N*m{377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf}

  1. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:
    Connect the connector.

  1. w/ Seat Heater System:
    Connect the connector.



27. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER

  1. Attach the 2 clips and 2 claws to install the cover.



28. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER

29. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER

  1. Return the seat to the upright position.

  1. Temporarily install the seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  1. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

    Torque:
    37 N*m{377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf}

  1. Return the seat to the upright position.

38. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Click here).


39. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

  1. Check the SRS warning light (Click here).
